Two kinds of information reach us. The first is basic, anonymous usage data that helps us understand how people use the site. The second is the details you choose to type into one of our estimate or advisor forms, which we use to follow up with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not collect anything beyond what is described on this page. If a practice is not listed here, we do not do it.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and understand which pages are useful. This tells us things like how many people viewed a page and which content gets read, so we can improve the site.
How analytics loads depends on where you are. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK see a cookie banner, and analytics only loads if you click Accept. If you reject, analytics does not load. Visitors elsewhere have analytics enabled by default.
To decide which experience to show, we infer your approximate location from your IP address through our hosting platform, and we store that region in a cookie in your browser. Your consent choice is also stored in your browser so we do not have to ask again on later visits.

Our advisor estimate forms collect only the details you choose to enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, work email, company, phone number, employee count, and the estimate range the tool shows you.
We use this information to follow up about your request and discuss your network needs. We do not require you to submit a form to read the site.
When you submit a form, the details go to our form backend, Netlify Forms, and are copied into a Google Sheet that our advisory team uses to follow up with you. We share these details only as needed to respond to you, and we do not sell them.
We run online ads, and we use Google Ads conversion tracking on the estimate and advisor forms to measure how well those ads perform. This helps us understand which campaigns lead people to request an estimate.
This tracking is tied to the forms and works alongside the analytics described above.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can decline analytics by clicking Reject on the cookie banner, and you can change your mind by clearing your browser storage to bring the banner back. Wherever you are, you can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings.
